Attending Rules

To participate in the Conference, it will be necessary to register by filling out the appropriate form via the home page of this website and have a Green Pass certificate for vaccination or carrying out an antigenic pad in the 48 hours preceding the event.

When inside the conference venue please use a mask, even when seated, for all the duration of the event.
Wash your hands regularly or use an antibacterial hand-gel.
Avoid touching common surfaces.
Please avoid close physical contact with other Conference participants.
If you feel sick or have symptoms of COVID-19 you should not attend any Conference event. Please seek medical advice and get tested.
If you fall ill with COVID-19 symptoms during the event, please isolate in your accommodation immediately and contact the organisers via email to inform them. Emails should be directed to roma3conference@uniroma3.it and servizio.prevenzione.protezione@uniroma3.it.
When not in the Conference venue we strongly recommend that you avoid crowded places or areas where you are unable to keep a 1.5m distance.
